I am so excited to be offering my Saturday Flow class! I started this virtual class in April with only the hope to begin teaching regularly again. I had been focusing on work and additional yoga certifications that I had totally stopped teaching. So I created a public class that would work for those of us with busy schedules.
Saturday Flow is a 30-45 minute class that you can fit into your Saturday morning. I love to start my Saturdays by using my class as a way to warm up my body for the day, whether it’s the only time I move my body or as a way to prep before heading to the gym.
Each class will focus on something new, from self-love to lower body toning. Sometimes the class will have you sweating bullets and other times we’ll be focused on meditation, or sometimes both! The idea is to get a brand new class each week to recharge and refocus.
There’s no need to sign up for the class ahead of time, just log into our Zoom Room each Saturday at 10 AM CST. The Zoom Room code is 7857411849 and the password is yoga.
