About

Welcome to Hannah Eliza Yoga! I’m so happy you’re here. I’m a 200-RYT and Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant. I teach a variety of yoga styles depending on what you need. I believe a mixture of mediation and asana can help heal us physically and spiritually.

I reconnected with yoga in 2016 after practicing of and on for six years. I found yoga as a way to reconnect with my own body after dealing with trauma in life. Yoga was able to bring me a brand new community of people through classes across my travels through the U.S.

After settling down back in the Midwest, I earned my RYT-200 in 2020 from the Dharma House Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda. Through my program, I found a deep passion for the faculties and healing modalities of yoga, including Ayurveda.

As an Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant, I want to help others achieve their optimum health. I became interested in Ayurveda through my yoga teacher training program where the basics of the practice were covered.

Through the practice of Ayurveda, people are able to work through their own personal routines, diets, exercises, and other daily activities to see what is truly serving them throughout their lives. Ayurveda is a profound form of holistic healing and wellness for not only the body, but the spirit as well.

Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems. Ayurveda, or “The Science of Life,” connects our body, mind, and soul with the rhythm of the universe, bringing our energy into balance with the world. This practice is an excellent option for anyone looking for assistance with health concerns, looking for balance, or maintaining their optimum health. Ayurveda has been known to treat issues including digestion, insomnia, skin issues, bad breath, stress, and weight management.

Through the stress and chaos of managing daily routines within the continuous chaos of the world, Ayurveda is an amazing practice to help us. manage what we are able to and bring our minds and bodies into a positive place.

In addition to virtual classes, I offer Happy Hour Yoga classes, which are great for bachelorette parties, office parties, or any party looking for something outside of the usual. Contact me at hannahelizayoga@gmail.com if you are interested in booking a party.

When I’m not teaching yoga, I work as a copywriter during the day and hang out with my husband and our cats by night. Most nights that don’t include yoga, I can be found reading a murder mystery novel alongside a glass of wine, or binging Netflix with a bowl of carbs in hand.

I hope you join me for a class or two in the future!
